This allows you to pre bulb your strings prior to installation and eliminates the need to remove bulbs from pre-bulbed strings. It has a 360-degree rotating fastener which eliminates the hassle of power direction during installation. The durable hinge allows the clip to attach to shingles as well as gutters.
